Broken Field Runner - Wrong

Determined not to let the dissolution of his band Caleb Lionheart mark the end of his musical and creative output, former frontman Tony Bucci grabbed himself a guitar and began writing to write songs under the name Broken Field Runner. Above is an HD session that we shot for his song “Wrong”, which can be heard on his demo recordings, linked below. His music exhibits equal parts intelligence and passion, and his lyrical abilities are incredibly eloquent. You’d be remiss not to give his music a few minutes of your time and thought.

Half Hearted Hero - Vessel

Half Hearted Hero spent two days at my place back around the holidays during their tour with Broken Field Runner. We seized the opportunity to shoot a session. Anthony was beginning to lose his voice due to strain of singing every night, so it was decided that the rest of the band would join him in the recording. The end product was this absolutely haunting rendition of “Vessel”, rich in harmony, christmas lights, and chess games. 

“Vessel” is a track off of Half Hearted Hero’s latest record, Whatever. If you have yet to hear it, be sure to check it out, it’s phenomenal.
